Once your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. c. Ship the package to Lampden Unit 3a 51 french Street Glasgow G40 4EH. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). d. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  1. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
